Post Construction Cleaning

The first step is to remove as much dust as possible. Then, we start with a rough cleaning to get rid of construction debris and perform a general clean.

Deep cleaning is the next step. This is where we go back over everything and thoroughly clean it to remove the remaining dirt. We’re not just creating more work for the team! We use a two-pass system because it’s more effective.

Dust moves around and settles after the first cleaning. Therefore, it makes sense to remove the majority of dirt and then go over it all again for that perfect look.

A touch-up clean is the last step. After finishing the deep clean, you might see dust settled on flat surfaces again. There could be fingerprints and smudges on glass areas, too. We use damp cloths to wipe down all the walls and surfaces, removing the last sign of construction.
